Students succeed when they grow up in homes with clear expectations, values, and vision.
Yet many families have never been guided through the process of defining those things.
When schools and families work together to reinforce leadership, values, and responsibility, students gain the foundation they need to succeed both academically and personally.
About
Meet Ben Langhofer
Ben Langhofer is the creator of the Family Pillars Framework, a practical system that helps families define their mission, cast a vision for their future, establish core values, and create a code of conduct for their home.
He is also a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Certified DISC Personality Trainer, and the founder of Creed Culture, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening families and culture through intentional leadership.
As the father of three children through adoption, Ben understands firsthand the importance of building families rooted in faith, values, and purpose.
Ben grew up in a family deeply committed to strengthening families. His parents founded the Pregnancy Crisis Center in Wichita, where Ben witnessed the life-changing impact of supporting parents and children.
He is also the author of 'BabyTalk For Mommy,' a book written to encourage and support mothers during difficult pregnancy decisions.
Before focusing on speaking and family leadership, Ben spent over a decade working directly with pastors and churches as a retirement and estate planning advisor helping pastors safeguard their retirement and navigate complex financial and estate planning decisions. Through this work, Ben developed a deep appreciation for the unique pressures and responsibilities pastors carry in caring for their families and congregations.
Ben was mentored by Dr. Guy Baker, a nationally recognized expert in advanced estate planning and ministry financial strategies.
Today Ben helps churches equip families with practical tools to define their mission, cast a vision for their future, establish core values, and create a code of conduct for their homes.
Through years of working alongside pastors and church leaders, Ben understands the unique responsibility pastors carry in shepherding families. His passion is to equip parents with practical leadership tools that help faith and values take root in everyday family life.
